Starting from scratch, we needed to create not just a website, but a complete digital ecosystem that would establish credibility, showcase their premium spaces, and make booking seamless. Technical Implementation

Built as a custom React application, the site features seamless iframe integration with OfficeRnD for real-time office and meeting room availability and booking. We connected Stripe to their OfficeRnD platform for secure payment processing, while Calendly powers the tour booking system. Despite the multiple third-party integrations, we maintained exceptional performance with a 97 Lighthouse score, 0.5s First Contentful Paint, and 1.0s Largest Contentful Paint.
